Newcastle Local List Supplementary Planning Document

On 21st September 2006 Planning & Transport Strategy Committee adopted the Local List of Buildings, Structures, Parks, Gardens and Open Spaces of Special Local Architectural or Historic Interest Supplementary Planning Document [SPD].

The SPD encourages the retention and conservation of the City’s local heritage assets.
